Refund Policy

FirstKnock is a month-to-month subscription. You can cancel at any time and you will keep full access until the end of your current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial months. If you have been charged in error, email us and we will make it right.

1. Subscriptions

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Crew, Territory Lock) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan unless you cancel.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel any time from your account settings (Customer Portal) or by emailing tpmccann88@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access to the Service and any remaining monthly credits until that date. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

3. Refunds

We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months, unused credits, or downgrades. Once a billing period has started it is non-refundable. Two exceptions:

  • Billing errors. If you were charged the wrong amount, charged after a timely cancellation, or charged for a plan you did not select, contact us within 60 days and we will issue a corrective refund.
  • Service outages. If the Service is materially unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours within a billing period, contact us and we will issue a credit equal to the prorated value of the outage.

4. Credits and Overages

Monthly credits granted by your plan reset on each billing date and (where the plan specifies) may roll over for one or two additional months. Credits have no cash value, are not refundable, and are non-transferable between accounts. Per-unlock overage charges ($1/unlock on metered plans) are billed at the end of each billing period and are non-refundable once the underlying unlock has been used.

5. Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please email tpmccann88@gmail.com before opening a chargeback with your card issuer. Most issues are resolved within one or two business days. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is resolved.

6. Founding Member Discount

The founding member discount (25% off, for the first 100 paying customers) applies for the life of your continuous subscription. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the founding rate may no longer be available. Plan price changes announced under our Terms apply to the discounted price.
